It might seem like all my content magically appears on my blog and social media channels, but it takes countless hours and a lot of hard work to make it happen.

From traveling to shooting, editing, writing, emailing, and replying to thousands of comments, I work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Despite traveling the world, I haven’t had a single day off since I started the blog in 2007.

I’ve never charged a fee for access to my content, and I want to keep it that way.

But over the years it’s become harder to make a living from blogging without dedicating more of my time to negotiating partnerships and designing content for algorithms than to creating content you love.
