I’m celebrating a big blogging milestone: five years ago today I quit my job to run the A Lady in London blog full-time. Turning the blog into a business was a goal for a long time, and making it a reality has been one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done.

Blogging Full-Time for Five Years

The last five years have been an adventure. Full-time blogging has kept me busier than I ever imagined, and the fact that I run a travel blog means my work has taken me all over the world.

Working in such a new industry has also been both rewarding and challenging, guaranteeing there’s always something new to learn or launch.

I’ve also encountered a lot of surprises along the way. When I turned the blog into a business, I never imagined I would also be planning trips for clients, teaching, and helping other bloggers improve their blogs.

I’ve enjoyed all the directions the A Lady in London blog has gone in, both on the website and off, and I’m excited to see what the next five years have in store.
