Today I want to bring you my guide to attending Open Garden Squares Weekend in London. Every June, this annual event sees over 200 of the city’s secluded green spaces open their gates to the public as a fundraiser for the London Parks & Gardens Trust.
Today I want to show you my Royal Ascot outfits. As the Face of Ascot, I’ve been outfitted by a number of sponsors this year. I can’t wait to attend the races in style.
My photo is in Karen Millen stores all over London. The picture from the shoot I did with Models 1 in February has finally made its debut in shops, on leaflets, in newspapers, and of course at Ascot Racecourse.
My boyfriend was kind enough to upgrade me to business class on my flight home from the US to London the other day.
When I arrived at Heathrow at the crack of dawn, my boarding pass allowed me to get into the American Airlines arrivals lounge in Terminal 3 so I could take a leisurely shower and get some breakfast before starting my day in the UK.
Being germ-phobic (save for pork products, which I will eat regardless of the threat level of swine flu in London), I took a shower with my trusty flip flops on. No foot fungus for this lady in London!
At the end of my shower, I stuffed said flops in a plastic bag to keep their moisture from oozing into the rest of my suitcase. I thought I was being clever.
I wasn’t.
