Today is the 9-year anniversary of the day I started the A Lady in London blog. Time has flown since I quit my hedge fund job, got a visa, and arrived in England wondering where life would take me. And it’s no wonder. In 9 years of blogging I’ve traveled all over the world and seen as much of the UK as I can. But I couldn’t have done that without you.
Happy new year! I hope you had a good time celebrating last night and that you’re not paying for it too much today. Regardless of how you feel at the moment, I’m wising you a good start to the new year!
It’s an exciting day for me: I’ve been living in London for 8 years today! It’s hard to believe so much time has gone by since I quit my job, got a visa, and moved to London to see where life would take me. It’s been a great adventure, though, and running the A Lady in London blog throughout my time in the UK has been one of the biggest highlights.
