Today I want to share my Swiss Alps video with you. This travel video will show you highlights of visiting the mountains Switzerland in summer.
Swiss Alps Video
I can’t stop thinking about Switzerland. Since returning to London from Europe on Sunday, I’ve been working on a Swiss Alps video about my travels in Valais and Nendaz.
The video covers everything from traditional Swiss mountain food to the annual International Alphorn Festival.
The latter is a music festival in Switzerland with an alphorn competition, a parade with folk costumes, concerts, cultural events, village parties, markets, and more.
The video also has highlights of hiking in the Swiss Alps, which is a must in the summer months. Walking along the bisses (historic irrigation channels) is blissful. There are barefoot hiking trails to experience in the area as well.
If you get a chance, I highly recommend visiting this part of Switzerland. If you want to learn more, you can read my blog post about traveling to the Swiss Alps in summer. It’s a truly special experience.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy watching my Swiss Alps video!
Happy travels!

Thanks Andi!
Love the video. To be able to hear the streams and the alp horns – awesome!
Thanks! Glad you like it!
I didn’t know an alphorn band would need a conductor! I love being able to hear what they sound like. Very neat video!
Haha, yeah! The sound is really beautiful, isn’t it?
Happy to see that you enjoyed my country 🙂 and I even spot a “Barry” you really experienced a very traditional Swiss life 😀
Thanks! I really enjoyed it!
