Wow, I live in Vancouver, and never get bored of Victoria. I was there over Christmas, and the harbour and the Empress were quite beautiful with all the lights. Wonderful photos.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your visit to Victoria! I think it’s one of the most beautiful cities to leave in (or even just visit) in Canada. And your experience with the bus driver is very typical of the warmth and friendliness you find in Victoria. Come back and visit us again soon!

My grandparents lived in Vancouver for over 25 yrs and I have been there nearly every summer of my life. I never made it to Victoria though. Timing never worked out for me, because I know they took a few of my cousins for high tea. Would love to get back up there and spend a weekend on the Island. Looks lovely!
